4. Courses, Fees & Payments

Course details, schedules, and fees are published on our website and/or official brochures. We reserve the right to update course content, duration, pricing, and batch start dates as needed to reflect current industry practices.

Payments are processed securely via our payment partners. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise us or our partners to charge the applicable course fees.

Any refund or cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of enrollment or in your offer letter. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, course fees are generally non-refundable once the batch has commenced.

5. Use of Training Materials

All course content, including live sessions, recordings, presentations, assignments, templates, and documentation, is provided solely for your personal learning. You may not share, resell, publish, or distribute any content to third parties without our prior written permission.

Unauthorized copying, recording, or redistribution of course material, including uploading it to public platforms, may result in removal from the course and potential legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination towards trainers, staff, or other learners.
• Not misuse access to course materials, software licenses, or collaboration platforms.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant who violates this Code of Conduct or otherwise disrupts the learning environment.

7. Certificates, Placements & Job Assistance

Certificates of completion are awarded based on criteria such as course attendance, assignment completion, and project performance, as communicated for each program.

Our job assistance and placement support aim to improve your employability but do not guarantee a job offer or specific salary. Final hiring decisions are always made by the recruiting companies.

8. Intellectual Property

BIMSavvy Academy and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the website, branding, course materials, and training content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal learning.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our courses may involve the use of third-party software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and collaboration tools. You are responsible for complying with the license terms of those third-party tools.

While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date, and industry-relevant training, we do not guarantee that completing a course will result in specific job outcomes, promotions, or salary levels.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIMSavvy Academy, its directors, employees, and trainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the total fees you paid to BIMSavvy Academy for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
